Session 1: What we believe.
In this first workshop, we will provide the basis for what we believe and why we believe it. We will give you some new skills that will help you to claim the value of HR internally and externally, help with scaling your organization and how to establish and hold clear boundaries.
Session 2: It’s all about you.
You are dealing with so many different kinds of people—individuals, teams, C-suite, outside consultants etc. The one common denominator is you. In this second workshop, we focus on you—what you need to begin doing, stop doing, do more of and less of—giving you time to expand your practices and skillset.
Session 3: It’s also about them.
You need to adjust to your audience. In this third workshop, we will focus on how to collaborate more effectively with all of the different people around you.
Session 4: And of course, it is about the culture.
At the end of the day—you are helping to sculpt a culture. So is everyone. How do you create a toolkit that will help everyone to contribute to the culture you all want to have? In this last workshop, we will help you be more aware of what you can actually do—or let go of—to create the culture you want.
