Session 1: Commit
This workshop is about creating new value together. This day-and-a-half session sets the stage for you to get to know one another and understand how to work together more effectively. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of what it will take for you—as a group of individuals—to navigate conflict and foster trust as a team.
Session 2: Align
Leaders create an impact all the time—some of it intended, some of it unintended. This two-day workshop focuses on becoming conscious of your team’s current impact and making conscious choices around how your organization needs you to be. You will create from resistance and align to the bigger picture.
Session 3: Bridge
This workshop is about learning how to bridge your “growth gaps”—big and small, personal and organizational. This two-day workshop focuses on embracing the tension of growth and how to work with it vs. against it. You will learn how to bridge where you are versus where you want to grow, both for yourself and your organization.
Session 4: Impact
When you walk into the room, you create a wake. Just by being yourself. But many of us never learn what this is. In this workshop, we will help you understand and embrace what makes you compelling and to let go of what is not serving you. You will walk away with an undeniable understanding of your unique impact and learn how to consciously step into that.
Session 5: Inclusion
One of the challenges of leadership is how to bring people along with you. How do you do that and not manipulate but, rather, create interdependence from your uniqueness? Building on previous workshops, in this two-day session we will explore the power of our differences at work. You will begin to bring together skills from Impact, Bridge, Align and Commit in order to create followership.
Session 6: Launch
Merging, growing, evolving and change have one thing in common: they are constant. So how do you embrace that and your new skills so your organization can move and evolve but stay true to its purpose? In this last two-day session, we focus on integration so you can launch back into the organization. Using The Hero’s Journey as a framework, we will review and practice the skills you have learned in previous sessions so they become a part of how you work.
